    OK, it does work, I'm a little ashamed... :blushing:

    Shouldn't the RAW command selection drop-down be disabled if the ADL search is not for a forbidden file? That would make a lot more sense.

    I formatted the drive in windows XP using NTFS. It still has the 'not enough space error'. Now i'm copying the aphexDC++ directory on the newly formated drive. If this doesn't work then it's not the FAT32 fault. Are you sure it's because of the FAT32 you can't copy files larger than 4gb ?

    Nope...still doesn't work. So either is a problem with AphexDC++ or my computer hates me.

    Do not forget to change the settings for your temp-folder and your download folder in the Apex settings :blushing:

    I'm in certain huge international hubs ("international" = "mostly Sweedish"). Like me, others are on the same hubs. If I try to download from one, it is only a matter of time since the same user, but from all different hubs, is added to queue. This would normally be a good thing, but I can only download from one clone at a time, all the others being in "connection timeout". How difficult would it be to implement a system that identifies users from different hubs as one and the same? Say, something like "if user1 and user 2 have the same IP and same exact sharesize and same tag (if available to check) and the same communication ports open, consider them both as user1".

    For me it works fine. When the same user in the other hub has an free slot I can download a second file or section of a file from him

    Make a RightClick into a free place in the Mainchat, there you have an option to clear the Chat

    Recently i tried to download a 4.18gb iso image. When it got to 95,52% it stopped and started showing the 'not enough disk space'. I had 7gb free at that time, so i deleted some files and freed ~3gb. It downloaded for a few minutes then at 95,64% stopped again. What's the problem ? I got double, almost triple the space needed for the file. I can't download from a single user either, it's like aphex doesn't read the HDD coreectly. I moved the file to another partition which had 10gb free aswell and i got the same error. I deleted the file from the quew and started to download it again from scrach, but same error at 95,64 again! It's like it doens't want to get pass this percentage. ;)

    The dcmp file has 4.29 gb. if that is any help. It doesn't seem to download over 4gb. It stops at exactly 4gb.

    Later edit : now i have 11gb of free space and I still get the error. I'm not downloading anything except this file.

    Hi, have you ever heard something about FAT32 and NTFS? That is how your HDDs are formatted if they are FAT32 then it is quit normal that you could not get a file bigger then 4GB. in NTFS, there is no limit to 4GB for one file, the limit is (I think) 16TB for one file.

    Not sure whether or not this is a bug, but...

    When I try to assign an action for an ADL search, it shows it as assigned in the ADL search properties, but it shows "No Action" in the ADL search list. Also, unless the command I'm inputting actually doesn't work, it would seem that ApexDC isn't doing anything with it (activated the action from hub properties, so that's not the problem). However, I'm certain that the RAW command works, since it is a very simple and short mainchat message (and it works if I use it differently than in ADL search).

    Did you check the RAW in the 4 places: Settings , once in the action-window and once in the RAW-window. Same in favorit hubs.

    Only then you can assign it in the ADL search.

    I'm using some RAWS in the ADL search and they all work fine

    the destination folder is not a fav folder i used Download to...Browse & selected E:\Metal\%%OR%% the folder of the albums end up there & a few songs the rest in default Download directory & yes i set all downloads to that folder

    Hi

    Could it be that your default directory is also your temp directory?

    Becaus then it could be that your E: HDD has no free memory and then the files are kept in temp-folder, when there is enough space there.

    Here are 2 adl files for Operator Clients supporting Regular Expression in ADL there are just an idea for detection and hopefully someone will improve these as well have seem some adl files that where about 1mb big with just text all that is improved in this one from 1 mb to 3 kb and all of the same stuff in it

    Or is it anything else what I do wrong, maybe the RAW command has to be written in seperate lines? :unsure:

    Lizard try your RAW with the english text! Please! And let us know the result!

    I also tried once with the german text, but it did not work too!

    The only thing you perhaps can do is with ADLSearch.

    Where the condition is that the file can not be greater then a certain value. If it is greater, the user will be warned or kicked.

    Or ask in an other forum (the one of Ptokax or YnHub) for a script that you will insert into your Hubsoftware!

    nop it doesn't seem that is the case if any how my favourites file is whiped i remem almost all the hubs id so it is not really the case........

    well once PC is formatted u just need to reinstall apex add the favourite hubs & they should readily work right?????

    What about your Firewall, perhaps. Do you have to reconfigure it ?

    WELL ITS NOT A MAJOR ISSUE BUT MY DC HAS STOPPED WORKING FOR SOME REASON AFTER I FORMATTED MY PC IT WAS ONLY IN THE AFTERNOON THAT MY DC WAS WORKING FINE & AFTER FORMATTING IT DOESN'T CONNECT TO ANY HUB AT ALL WAT SHOULD I DO THIS IS MAKING ME GO BONKERS
    ?

    Do you already have tried to re-install ApexDC++ to an other folder and copy your settings folder from previous ApexDC++ insatllation into the new folder?

    Hi everyone

    I have just one little question regarding the OP-version of ApexDC++!

    Why do you not work together with other developpers?

    I know that zk++ Black Edition or OP-edition will be based on ApexDC++! So why do you not work together to get a real good OP-version with ApexDC++ core? That would be a great experience! Or am I wrong?

    There is a pipe missing. As you wrote by yourself after each RAW-command there has to be a pipe. So the code should be
