A lot of viruses tend to mask themselves by taking the names of regular files, appending the extension .exe at the end of the regular file's name, for example: Dire Straits-Sultans Of Swing-DVD Rip-DivX5-By Proximus.avi.exe So, my suggestion is also to add these extensions too: .jpg.exe, .avi.exe, .mp3.exe, .doc.exe and similar.
