Hub column in Finished uploads

So I see the two square brackets [] in the Hub column in the Finished uploads window. Is it a bug or what does it mean, can anyone shed some light on this issue? :)

my first guess would be DHT or an upload that finished to a user that had already gone offline from the hub he/she initiated the download from.
