something for us with poor upload speeds.

it would be great to have a (global) feature for upload slot speed

most hubs require you to have 3+ slots open.

for example: total upload speed is around 50 k/s / 5 slots open / 10 k/s per slot

in my case it is often that I have 1 user downloading from me @ 20-40 k/s and the other slots are stuck at 1-5 k/s.

i would like to balance things out a bit.

to avoid the chance abuse, there could be a set minimum of 5 (or more) kb/s per slot.

so, it means that if you have upload 1 MB/s, you will limit everyone to 5 kB/s and OPs will get full speed :D
