All Cyrilic Codepages installed correctly. There is no problem with other soft (including StrongDC). ApexDC replaces Cyrilic text with spaces only.

The Codepage of text file on screenshot is WIN1251. There is no problem with Cyrilic in ApexDC with UTF-8 only.

Those screenshot's use different program to open the file (judging from application icons) so the issue can be caused solely because of that...

And regardless I simply can't think what could cause this (also is it only view as text, if you download it and open normally what happens?)

if you download it and open normally what happens?

If I download text winth cylilic WIN-1251 codepage and open it with windows NOTEPAD, it looks normally, but in "view as text" in ApexDC all cyrilic symbols replaced by spaces.

If I make cyrilic NOTE with ApexDC - in ApexDC it looks OK.

Test it with attached cyrilic 1251 and UTF-8 coded text files.
