    No what i meant was i cant connect to ANY HUBS....when i try and download the hublist it doesnt even work...that stupid "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" keeps happening...and mire firewall is fine...i made sure apexdc++ is on the exceptions list but i dont thats the problem...this has been going on for AGES... :crying:

    Ok, first of all, I'm glad to be a member at the forum. I just registered earlier today. Now here comes the problem... I've been using DC++ for about 2 years now. But for the past 2 months, it just stopped working. The hub list NEVER downloads and I can't go into hubs and search or download. It says "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" I've tried looking it up countless times with no success. I'm not very technical and don't understand the big words on what to do. But if someone can just give me an easy step by step procedure to fix that it would be greatly appreciatted. Thank you very much. :)
