Feature request for OPcoming OP client :P

I'd love to see those two features (writing them down just in case they're not included yet).

Check share for:

- Max file size: Personally, I don't want people to share their huge vob files

- Max FILELIST SIZE: I want to exclude people who have a 10MB filelist which is coming in at 5kb...

and again, to be able to exclude OPs from these checks.
