problem downloading DC

I'm having trouble with my DC download. when i run DC,i cant search for stuff, uh, it says "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"....

Are you able to connect to a hub?

As usual: check your firewall and make sure your ISP is not blocking anything...

That means you haven't been able to connect to a hub, which is why you can't search for anything. :)
