Has downloaded ApexDC++_1.3.1_setup-x64.exe, has put over the old version, but at loading all the same asked download the new version. Completely having removed the old version, has put anew but as I understand, the Windows cannot run the program. In a root with the program following files (why that is not present ApexDC.exe):

You are aware of the difference between 32bit and 64bit binaries (ie. that you can not run 64bit apps on 32bit OS).
