    Has downloaded ApexDC++_1.3.1_setup-x64.exe, has put over the old version, but at loading all the same asked download the new version. Completely having removed the old version, has put anew but as I understand, the Windows cannot run the program. In a root with the program following files (why that is not present ApexDC.exe): EmoPacks\ Settings\ Themes\ ApexDC++.url ApexDC-x64.exe ApexDC-x64.pdb dcppboot.xml GeoIPCountryWhois.csv uninst.exeEmoPacks\ Settings\ Themes\ ApexDC++.url ApexDC-x64.exe ApexDC-x64.pdb dcppboot.xml GeoIPCountryWhois.csv uninst.exe
  5. Скачал ApexDC++_1.3.1_setup-x64.exe, сначало поставил поверх старой версии, но при загрузке всё равно просил скачть новую версию. Полностью удалив старую версию, поставил заново, но как я понимаю, винда не может запусть программу.
