old and very old versions of apex IN USE

Hi, I just noticed THIS in my hub:

notable versions: 0.2.2, 0.4.0 and 1.0.0 B5

i thought those versions were nuked (unusable)

The build 0.4.0 was never locked out because it was a public release that was considered stabled. All though its very old I do believe it is the most stable there was up until Final and in some aspects is still the most stable out there.
