Posted March 10, 2008 if I set column what I want and then when I turn off apex and back turn on, column has default settings (breadth and order) (sorry for my English)
Posted March 10, 2008 Set the column width and order, then reopen the hub tab, settings will be saved (RTFM, it is mine). :)
Posted March 11, 2008 Set the column width and order, then reopen the hub tab, settings will be saved (RTFM, it is mine). No, they are not saved; I want this order for hubs: Nick, Shared, Exact Share, Slots, Connection, Hubs, Description, IP. What I get (no matter what I do) is: Nick, Shared, Exact Share, Connection, Description, IP, Hubs, Slots. Similarly in search windows: the columns won't save in my preferred order. Posted March 12, 2008 Umm, saving might have been broken in 1.0.1... Haven't tested it, don't ask ME why. :)
Posted March 12, 2008 Umm, saving might have been broken in 1.0.1... Haven't tested it, don't ask ME why. 1.0.1 has been out for two days... not sure why you haven't tried it yet. :(
Posted March 12, 2008 because 1.0.1 should be "FINAL" ... but 1.0.0 beta5 was more stable for me :)
Posted March 12, 2008 Well, i'm not a beta tester, but it's so easy to check... Using apex 1.0.1 built from source. I swap some tabs, then closed apex. Then opened it again. The tabs order is saved. I tried it three or four times in different ways -- everything is OK. So if there any bug, it lies deeper than the surface... I recommend two things: 1) ensure that you're using *LAST* version of apex. 2) try to *delete* all settings, leave bare .exe and run it again (and then check behavior) -- maybe you put your new .exe into your beta5's folder (i noticed some strange effects including share flushing, maybe this is the next one...) Sorry if any flood :)
Posted March 13, 2008 I verify this bug. When i change the order/width of the columns so are they always back 2 default the next time i start Apex

Posted March 16, 2008 Hi I'm not sure whether someone has already reported this bug, but here it goes. After updating to v1.0.1 I noticed that in connected Hub window the userlist column settings are lost during restart of the ApexDC++. In v1.0.0.B5 this behavior was not present. Also when I updated from v1.0.0.B5 some settings where lost. For example: Shared Directories. Best Regards Prtj
