Smaller Tabs

I would like to have an option to have all the "service" tabs - Queues, Favs, etc., showing with just an icon, w/o text, like the option for hubs. This will make them shorter.

Also, I would like to have an option for small hub tabs, but still naming/numbering them shorter acc. to personal preference. Additional column in Favs, as stated before from many people, could be useful for this too.
