Question about "Disconnecting slow downloads"

Hi

I want the "Disconnecting slow downloads" to behave as follows:

Disconnect if speed from user is below 3kb/sec reguardless of total file speed

And never remove anyone from queue.

I've included a screenshot, have I done it correctly?.

AFAIK, yes, perfectly set. 0 means ignore/disable.
