Pop up bubbles

Hi,

So minor thing I suppose but I think it'll clean the client up. When downloading segments with the pop up icons on, the user gets notified ever time a segment finishes and starts, it would be better imo if we could have it only when a download fully completes and starts fresh .

If possible this sounds very sensible... I doubt many users want to be notified as each segment completes. If there is a big enough demand for that then maybe that should be an option, but I can't imagine there would be much demand for it.
