Here. Of course, if there are no PMs f. ex. and row number decreases to x-1, all is OK. See how the last row in Transfers (last visible row when scroll is up) just does not show in full height.

In fact I can just make a mirror copy of my Apex and start deleting until no personal info is left, but I feel it is not the right way... :D

IMHO this will be easy to be done, it will allow faster setup and will avoid newbie/user-side errors if we publish some ready xmls on the customize page. I see it as exporting/importing all the settings sections except some minor things like Fav hubs/users, Ignores, Iser Info, etc. Maybe an option to include/exclude color theme from export/import will be useful, too.

So, I am sorry but there is no exceptioninfo for this, probably I shouldn't report at all, since it happened also with PWDC 0.41 (used it too since there is only one hub in it). After the second closing however, there is not any error with both clients. The error appears only on the closing when font is changed in Settings.

You are right, and IMH(non-coder)O it is easy to be done, since it is present in Download Queue. I hope this will be implemented soon, thanks for the tip. :D

And I would like to have some option to add text to AWAY, if possible, if not possible to have a separate, global Away message, but with ability to set it faster (i. e. access and customize the Settings Away and Secondary away with two mouse clicks, like in ICQ). In ICQ there are several status icons rather than text, but we can have some emoticons window to put :*) :*( in the messages, right? :D

Yes, and it will help (me, for example) to distribute Apex faster, since I often need to install on my friend's PCs and it is really annoying to repeat all steps at each PC, smtms even via a really slow VNC (wonder when Nullsoft will think of the same for Winamp).

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Also when you update Apex, the *.exe is "new", and I believe that Win firewall does not ask promptly, but keeps blocking. I am repeating this, have said it before, just it is better to check is it really true and pay attention... -
OK, do we have any news from him, is he still alive working on Apex DC++ OP, what is the current progress? :D
-
And update topic title, if really $130...

Are your Temp and Finished folders on one and the same partition? If not, the partition holding the Downloaded may be full. Are you trying to save a file<4GB on FAT32? It is not possible, consider switching to NTFS, at least partially.

https://developer.berlios.de/bugs/?func=det...&group_id=1 I hope BM sees the topic...

Try ratio = 0. But again, you must receive a notice from hub, if this is the reason. -
I imagine it just like Open Settings>> Auto remove the respective hub, users section>>Save file under user-chosen name and location. If it can't be done, sorry. :D

Well, say you use the export/import once, then check, and after that there is no need to check on each import. :)

I tested with Apex 0.4.0 on port 2048, and search & download work for me, in fact work great... You may want to recheck your firewall, especially in you are dealing with Win build-in one. Regarding the connection checker, errr, I hope we will see it working soon. For now, do not pay attention to it.

You see what and when is hashed, but not the progress (approx. time/data to the end of hashing).

Yes, this was the sense, but I meant in the most cases match queue (seems to be) useful. So with this feature I may auto-match my queue, while still being able to cancel filelist download for separate files... And one thing more... since in search files are present with TTH, why the FL should be downloaded for more sources at all? P. S. Sorry if I am misuderstanding smth.
-
In transfers pane, or in download queue, or both, I would like to see somehow (maybe a pop-up ballon in transfers, column in queue) for which file/s the filelist is being downloaded. I know it is not very useful, but IMHO will look nicer and, if user already has good speed for this file/s, he may cancel filelist download, still every bit is precious. :)

Different filelist tab icon(s) for offline users.

I wonder why CID user ID is not made/used? With it, even in search, you have a better chance to see real no. of sources (i. e. not displaying one user in 9 hubs as 9 sources). I guess it has some pros to wait for ADC, but in the meantime, if not too difficult...? -
Yes, I had exactly your problem before, and AFAIR smo (BM?) pointed out that it was my mistake, not DC's one. BUT IMHO programs should be tolerant to users, and allow error correction, which we did not aggred upon then. :)

Edit: Cleared out during chat with Crise. Please delete this bs ASAP. :)

Then I guess it is smth to do with spam settings, search spam or smth like that... But in such case the hubs should report the reason for disconnect... Which are the hubs?
