I believe SDC's new partial file system in the latest cvs's use the revconnect code Crise. I'll check up on this..

It is probably some bug, but I really don't know how to technically change shared directory in Settings/Sharing section. I know it is stupid question, but I tried everything and there is still just My computer. ThxWhat OS are you using?
Just double click on the folder you want to share..

I can't see why you are happy with that number considering almost 800 of them haven't even posted.Because we have 1,000 valid email addresses to send the notification of the client being released. Don't be so negative.
Looks like we broke the 1,000 post barrier. :)

Thank you Brett. ;)

Sorry but this feature is rejected. ;)
-
Considering the program isn't even out yet, that's sweet. I'll make an announcement about it later on. ;)

My new date is: 15th AprilYou cannot re-submit new dates. ;)

Like you said, it's up to the hubsoft to support this feature. ;)
-
no need to taje a look i'll take look into doing this...Obviously there will need to be an option to clear the search list.
Edit: There's already a Purge option, nm..

Because it's useful? Just because something isn't in any other program doesn't mean it should be.I meant there must be a reason for such a chat orientated feature not to make it into a popular chat program.
-
I'd like this too. It's in eMule Crise if you want to see how it's saved there.

Not = Now ?Yeah.. edited. ;)

i know....but i want to choose the source!if 20 users have the file file i want...when i click on them, the file starts from the user who connects first but maybe he's not the one i want (because of connection or number of free slots at that moment) so i must disconnet that user and wait and see if a good one connects
Enabling disconnect slow users will solve this problem. ^_^

since we want to download those kind of files from only 1 user,it's not important to see how many users have the file we wantIf it's a small file then the program will only use one source.

Hope it happens...in . April.
You need to specify a date in order to win! ^_^

Indeed. I have installed a few mods today:
- User Reputation: View your rep in My Controls - Donators/Beta Testers can see who left comments (you can give out 10 points a day, not to the same person)
- Team images and pips: Beta Testers, Donators, Staff now have pips allocated to the number of posts
- My Assistant: You can now delete, reply and view the full message of new PM's
- Switch Posting Interface: You can now switch between standard editor and rich text editor while posting
- Global Forum Message: This will be displayed when new versions are released, to notify forum members
More mods to come as I see them..

come on /help is almost a standard in DC mods in theory every DC++ mods has that command, so people should know about it, if not then i'll just add a topic about it to guides sectionThis is why DC++ isn't as user friendly as some would like. How does anew user who got it off a website know about /help? He'd look for help in the Help menu. :D

Statement of problem
Many users receive Downloaded tree does not match TTH root while downloading files. Usually when a user updates his/her client to the latest version it may cause the hashdata to become corrupt and therefore have corrupt TTH.
Solution
- Close program.
- Delete hashdata.dat and hashindex.xml located in the Program files\ApexDC++\Settings folder.
- Restart program - your share will be rehashed
- Close program.
-
Crise... update this Guide with Zlobomir's suggestions if you feel they are worthwhile.
-
April 1Was this supposed to be in 'When will ApexDC++ be released?'
Edit: Looks like you realised and posted there too.. I'll close this.
-
I agree with your point but usually when someone downloads something usually shuts down the client. And I mean late at night. Not usually, people will do it... but most will just leave it on overnight.
I know this option but the point is to restart itself automatically, without my attention. Otherwise it has no point i think cause if you are there, you can restart it by yourself. Anyway. Thanks for your time. What happens if you automatically start it, and it crashes again? It will stay in this loop all night until you stop it in the morning... therefore I don't think this should be added. :D

then user uses /help and reads about it (i'm gonna make /help a lot more extensive this time)And how does the user find out about /help? ^_^

But then users trying to start a file off you won't actually get it started... depending on the amount of users at 9x% :)
