You cant unfortunately, it's hardwired in dc++
-
Not if you try hard enough Windows has a wonderful way of borking itself to such a level as to allow you to do such thing's then winge about it afterwards!
-
Change bind address back to 0.0.0.0 Also, is your IP dynamic?
-
Yeh, they're blocking it, unfortunate, no way around it for you buddy. Other options such as traffic tunnelling are hard to explain.
-
It may be, this is because, FAT32 can not handle files over 4Gb, however, the problem exists because of the files being corrupt, which double explains the answer. Everyone should use NTFS now anyway.
-
Yeh, get a 2Tb Lacie :)
-
I dont give a flying **** when it comes to hubsoft! So long as I can download, that's fine with me :)
-
TBH, I know most of the hub owners in the hub's i'm in so i'll kick them to upgrade :)
-
Well technically Static/Dyn does, cuz the IP needs to be right in the IP box :)
-
Yes, i'm sure Yn will have a hub soft that support's it, but for the hubs to upgrade will take forever....
-
Great, however it will prob take 6 months for hubs to start supporting it....
-
Bind Address can stay at 0.0.0.0. Your IP needs to the be the external one in the IP address box. Also, you need to forward ports on your router as per Zlo's link.
-
I have never found that I dont get a slot...how long do you normally stay in hubs? If you log in for a few hours each afternoon i'm not surprised in that case.
-
Also, File>Settings>Queue Disable 'Use Auto-Priority by Default'
-
Bind Address need's to be your enternal IP. Also, are you on a router?
-
Well technically, if you wait, you'll get a slot, if you don't, you wont.
-
Nah it's 32 Bit vista, i'm gunna try a new version of cfos, see if it makes a diff.
-
Rad, you should check other topic's to see if your issue has already been posted, please post in the correct place.
-
It works on the downstairs Laptop ok, however, it ****s itself on my main pc, 'cFos cannot function due to too many open connections', as a result my entire connection grinds to a halt -_-
-
Yeh, cfos also crahs on vista -_-
-
Good idea That options should be enabled by default anyway ;)
-
Aside from that, it's their client, they can take as long as they please -_-
-
It is easy to turn off I guess.....
-
I don't have this prob either, WinVista Ultimate.
-
Slot ratio is a stupid feature, I say remove it.
