One of the most undocumented windows in Apex and DC++ is the search windows. When looking for simple things, there's not much of a problem. But in high traffic hubs where your min wait time is 2 minutes, the last thing you want to do is get a search wrong.

So.... how do you all search for things? Examples would be nice, suggest a plugin? Maybe you use a website instead of the internal search schema? Or maybe you know how to limit searches with special characters?

AFAIK, you can put a minus character in front of search phrase you do not want to search for.
Example:
backstreet -boys
