[Bug][0.2.1] "Network interface for all connections" not working as expected

I think there is something broken with "Network interface for all connections". I have two network cards, each having it's own ip address and I use two instances of ApexDC, one set up with one ip and the second with the other ip. But this doesn't work as I expected (in PeerWeb it worked). The second copy is using the same ip address as the first one (172.28.0.119 is used even if the second copy is set to use 172.28.255.254)
