This hasn't got anything to do with the program, hub owners hide tags usually.

Well, except I can't see tags in any hubs.

I wonder if i need to click something in settings

There's nothing in settings, if you have permission to view tags you'll be able to see them.

If i right click a username, and choose copy tags, that works, but i can't see tags beside username.

Well anyway since I'm not using Apex for the moment, it's moot.

Thanks Crise, I wasn't sure how to do that.

Eventually i found out, and yes it worked.

Actually this is something new to me.
