Posted April 12, 2015 When I download a movie folder, not all the files are downloaded. I have to manually go back and grab the files missed. These are usually the small IFO and BUP files. I've looked in the settings, but did not see anything there that would prevent the file from being downloaded. For example, if I select the folder VIDEO_TS to be downloaded, the files IFO and BUP don't download. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted April 12, 2015 This has nothing to do with the files being small, these are actually identical to other files... it has to do with DVD file formats. There should be an option somewhere to download duplicate files that will solve this issue. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted September 4, 2017 I'm bringing this back up. I'm still having issues with downloading these files. As a test, I had a person that I know who runs a private hub, selected the same type of movie files, and he also could not download those files.
