Problems with Echoes hub

Echoes hub is running version 0.3.39 SVN 292 of the Dev Direct Connect Hub Software and I'm being kicked because when someone tries to get my list it says.

 

Can't connect because user Bill_Brown_Beard is in chat only mode.

 

Any ideas?  I've had a lot of problems with this hub and another hub running the same software.

I am not familiar with said hub or the software it is running, however, ApexDC is not aware of a concept such as chat only mode. So however the hub decides that you are in such mode is external to ApexDC.
