Automatically Connecting to Public Hub

Hello Sir,

I am facing one serious problem with my apex dc++.whenever i keep internet connected and try to download data from my local hub.Apex dc++ starts downloading that data from Global hubs also.which is consuming my bandwidth.i have limited bandwidth internet plan.i have made sure not to connect to global hub for downloading or uploading.then also it tries to search globally for contents and download it.plz help
