pause button for uploading/downloading

IF there is not one. And i cant find one. apex needs a pause button for uploading/downloading because when i take a call at the office it affects the voice clarity of what my customers hear. So rather than shutting down apex a pause button would be perfect.

Not possible to implement.

To remedy your problem, I would suggest setting up some sort of QoS on your network, so that voice is prioritized.
