In Active mode and still can't download from some users

I'm in ACTIVE mode, and everything was fine until I updated Apex to version 1.3.2. From that time I'm experiencing problems with downloading from SOME users, not from all. I can't even download their file lists... it says "Connecting..." and "Connection close" and nothing happens... My ports looks OK according to http://www.canyouseeme.org/

I don't use firewall, so apex can't be blocked

I don't know which more informations are relevant to this problem... so you can just ask me and I'll let you know....

I appreciate any help!

BTW I read somewhere in forum that you're running official support hub for apex, I'd like to join but can't find the address...

It might be that the users have something wrong on their side. Can you also check if the old version (1.3.1 in this case) still works fine with those users?

I'm not sure it's the prob in those users, because others can download from them, and my friend who is running like me apex can't download from them... Where can I find older version of apex?

Anyway I installed DC++ and it's working, it can download from those users from which Apexdc++ couldn't....
