Tried everything and still getting Connection Timeouts, Please HELP!

I have tried everything I can and am still getting connection timeouts. Can anyone help?

I tried Passive, I changed my port to a different port, I ensured UPnP is enabled on my router, and I still can't get this thing to work. What am I doing wrong? I did absolutely everything the guides said to try but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I can send and receive messages, but can't download any files or lists, and yes, I have done the registration correctly in hubs that require registration.

Do you forward ports for anything else, are they working?

And what is the result from www.canyouseeme.org? Just type the port/s you are using into the box, press "Check" or similar, and you should get a green OK.
