Minimize to try doesnt work.

Running windows 7 and apex will not minimize to the tray at all. Any ideas why? Ive heard of other people with the same problem but searched here and found nothing.

I am on Windows 7 x64 with an x64 build (1.3.1) and also unable to get the hide to tray functionality to work.
