The option "Get User Country" don't work

ApexDC++ 1.3.0 have a bug.

Don't work File -> Settings -> Appearence -> Get User Country (option). This option is checked, but don't work in mainchat and/or in Search (e.g. ... appear "?" 89.123.xxx.xxx, "?" 79.114.xxx.xxx, etc.)Please fix this bug.Thank you ...

As it's been written here several times, it is not a bug. Just the GeoIPCountryWhois.csv file location has changed - move it to the main Apex folder and it should work (read the changelog).
