Cannot upload or download any files

still not working. Just as files finish hashing, it says there was an error in the hashing process and doesnt upload anything. when i try downloading, it says it is finishing downloading a file, but it just stays that way and doesnt finish the download

If a blind person could configure his client and do a firmware update for his router using that guide as a guideline, then whats your excuse for not getting it ??
