File Lists

Every time i go into a file list it says each folder is 0B and doesnt let me download anything until i open the folder. how do i get it to work? i'm on windows 7.

Use Get filelist instead of Browse filelist (in the context menu of user you want to download filelist from).

This confusing "feature" has been discussed many times already. For the developers: At least make Get filelist option the default one for new ApexDC installations so this sort of questions doesn't appear on the forum anymore.
