How about a file preview feature? I know that for example VLC can play a partially downloaded file so how about a right-click menu option for "Preview file" or something along those lines. Again many of the torrent clients do this...

ok im getting a little feed up with torrent client already does this remember your not at a torrent site nor using a torrent client iirc there are already preview file available in client just need USER configuration learn the client before requesting stuff ..

All you need to do is setup your file preview to run VLC. Settings -> File Preview
