I know that for example VLC can play a partially downloaded file so how about a right-click menu option for "Preview file" or something along those lines. Again many of the torrent clients do this... Again many of the torrent clients do this... ok im getting a little feed up with torrent client already does this remember your not at a torrent site nor using a torrent client iirc there are already preview file available in client just need USER configuration learn the client before requesting stuff ..
