Apex stops my connection

Hello,

first, I'm french, so sorry for my english.

I live in a student flag with a connexion.

When I connect to apex, 5 minutes later or , my Internet connection is interrupted and my connection to the Apex server I use too.

Someone can help me please??

Would strike me as a port blocking service is in operation on the connection. In short, there is nothing you can do.

Maybe look for hubs listening on ports, different of 411, say even on 80 .
