Playing around with C#

Hi, i am just a semi-noob in c# and i like to play around with fun things.

recently i have been playing around with apexdc and a hubserver i am trying to get working but i have no idea how to make a "lock"

i'm using apex's CDM Debug window to see what's going on, but it's not going too well, since i don't even know how to read and understand what the client sends back because it comes in an array

is there anyone here that understands C# ?

as far as i understand, to create a lock in C (not C#) i would use
