Auto download on join

Hey guys. Need some help. I'm usig apex as a checker to check users filelists. Searching for bad files. Works fine with raw commands and so on, now is my question. Is there ANY way you can make so it checks people with a key?

I think thats hardwired, so without a change to code, I believe the answer is no. But i'm sure BM or Crise will correct me if i'm wrong.
