Cannot connect to Users

Hi. I am new to ApexDC. When I connect to a server it displays a list of users on the right, although when I click on a user to look at files it just tells me that it

Do you use a router? If you do then you need to set the connection settings to manual with port forwarding and forward the ports in your router to become active. If you cannot get active then by defualt you must use the passive connection. Post a little more about your equipment and if you have a router what make and model is it. I will help you out the best I can.
