Show Text display wrong text with my encoding.

Windows-Charset need to be used by default.(i need windows-1251 russian)

For me as Bulgarian, win-1251 is also perfect, and it does not mess with latin. But I don't have problem now, i. e. I think that if you set properly your Regional Settings in Control Panel, the problem will be fixed. Apex reads from there afaik.
