Pumping Downloading

Hi

I am d/l from one person only in one hub at my end showing steady d/l at his end showing the u/l stopping and starting just d/l 1 mb a time. hes saying can you turn off the pumping effect as its taking all his bandwidth is there a setting i can alter

Hi,

Usually it is better for the user to set the appropriate limits of transfer speeds. Setting are situated in File>Settings>Advanced>Limits. These should not be set too low, for the sake of sharing, and it is recommended to check "Show Limiter" in File>Settings>General.

This is the way segmented downloading works. If you want this to not happen. Turn off segmented downloading.
