how can i "turn on my tags"

the message i recieve from an important hub in my country while using apexDC++ 1.0.0.2 beta is: "Turn On Your tags!!!" and then the hub disconnects me

Hm... how should I deal with such inquiry?

a) Like this:

1. It is already solved many times on this forum.

2. "I have searched" sounds better than "I am sorry", better lie than be annoyinng. Esp. when it is not clear which is the lie.
