showing announcements from hubs

Hi people, maybe I'm silly but I did not find any setting to can be able to read the announcements that show the hub when you log on it.

I know for others clients the hub that I'm using show the rules and advises to all people that log in, but since I'm using Apex in the main chat is not showing all this. This is a bug ? this can be fixed changing some setting in the Apex client ?

This is hub soft related. They may not be sending one at the momment, (ask someone else in the hub to be sure) however it should be noted that it is possible if they are sending tooo much info it gets past the line limit in main chat.
