U can use a proxy, or via a special software (say Steganos) even a proxy chain. But there is no 100% warranty that you will be safe in this way, speeds will fall in times. If you need it for and mean what I am thinking, install PG or PG plug-in and be happy.

Look into a program called Tor. :)
