- Thank you, Toast! I've got it and already modified the settings. - Big Muscle: talking only from my side: I have many sharing software installed and ApexDC is far from the most used. To simplify my job (as a good member in the sharing community ), all the downloads go do the same HDD which is also shared. I couldn't think of much more order. I've set all the programs to add the incomplete file extension, so anyone smart enough can see .bc! (for example) and realise the file is incomplete. However, is the first time I've encounter this issue - restrict file by extension... and guess what: I was wrong in my guessings. Now I'm not sharing .bc! files but still receiving that message. Probably it was the second option and the file name also means something in Czech. Anyway, thanks to Toast I've learned something new today ... which is good. Thanks again for the replies!

Hi! I'd like to know if there's a way to restrict ApexDC not to share files with a particular extension. I've recently received this message from a hub: I can only guess it's because the file has the .bc extension used by BitComet to mark a file as unfinished download. So probably the hub has this option to ban users that are sharing incomplete files. But, like I've said, is just my guess. Otherwise, the hub I think is Czech and the file name possible is similar to one of the banned Czech words (I'm guessing again). However, if there isn't the option to restrict files by extension, please move this to the Feature Requests forum. Thank you!

well, all I want to say is that since upgrading to 1.1.0 the Apex is taking all my CPU, though I can see in the task manager that is set to Priority: BelowNormal. So, I decided to downgrade to the previous version, which worked good enough for me. I'll also wait for the 1.2.0 version, maybe will fix this. Good luck with the program

Hi! 1. How can I not share the files I'm curently downloading (I'm sharing one HDD but the downloads are going to another HDD; I know I can just restart the ApexDC but that's not a sollution for me) 2. Why when I almost finish to download one file/folder it takes so much time (maybe is just my impression here, but it seems like the ApexDC won't let me download the file ) - e.g. sometimes I'm downloading with 200KB but when on 98% the speed goes to max. 20KB) 3. The download speed is direct proportional with the upload speed, like the torrent clients? (I tried to figure it out, but didn't managed to understand) 4. Is there a way to increase the size of the open hubs bar, at the bottom? (I'm always connecting to a number of aprox. 50 hubs; sometimes they disconnect me and I reconect again cause I can see the close hubs are in red color, but I can't see those not displayed there) OK; that was the bad things...now the good ones I recently changed to ApexDC from StrongDC, which I considered to be the best in this domain. Now I think ApexDC is. The StrongDC was taking (sometimes) too much of the CPU and it was slowing down my comp. So, thanks for the software! Cheers!
