  1. Is it possible to limit downloads from those in a specific IP range? say for exampe: I would like to download files from people with the address: 134.* The problem I have is that downloads from our network have varying speeds. Guys with IP 132.* are slower than those on 134.* (Another option would be to block downloads from the IP 132.* Anyway to do this?) Thanks
