Well surely you removed a user for a reason? If not simply do "search for alternatives" on the file then select the source again (or from that users filelist) and right click then download to... and the copy in your downloads queue should be there? I may be mistaken but I believe that works? I don't think there would be any good options, GUI wise, for simply choose a user then add again soon after. Just don't remove users for no reason. :stuart:

Just restore the files from the Recycle Bin? Seeing as they havn't been removed but are still on the disk i assume they are there? If it was the SDC downloads folder I would assume that be in the StrongDC++ directory, which you deleted. I may have misunderstood you, please try and explain what I got wrong if I did, thanks.

To me quite honest, it doesn't effect me, if p2p is illegal is that really a suprise? It doesn't effect me directly or indirectly really so I'm not to bothered, you can say that I shouldn't take that stance but if I was worried about everything I disagreed with in this world, or just politics and western civilization I would be one stressed man. I'm also not concerned about changing protocols as I believe nothing is totally safe, if you want to be safer then shy away from public networks, only upload and share in private places. Downloading isn't so much of a problem, it's the uploaded they want to stop.

Seems alright, I don't personally run a hub but hubsoft is of interest to me still. I do like Ynhub alot, shame it doesn't fun on *nix though.

Is it really a big problem to use foo_winamp_spam? Personally I need it for other stuff anyway, I don't think this request is needed, the ability to make plug-ins (or components) was so you could add features like this, so when one is availble which does the task I don't see why "more" (because there's not much more it would achieve?) "support" for it is needed.
