  1. Can't upgrade to new version

    I am trying to upgrade to the new version but it only allows me to get to the screen which says, "download will begin shortly" I waited and waited and download still not beginning. My old version now is also not allowing me to download saying "your version contains a bug, please press ok to upgrade. Once I press ok it take me to the same screen as mentioned before, and then nothing happens. I've tried everything I can think of but nothing seems to be working. Please help me:)
