  1. Connection issue i can't fix!

    i've been trying to set up the connection settings all day but no dice. I tried portforwarding the port "3074" with TCP and UDP. I have the DIR-615v2 router. I've been on portforward.com and can't find ApexDC++ anywhere. I've added the ports to my firewall and they are still not open according to port checker. I really just can't figure this out. Could someone please explain to me what i've done wrong, thanks.
