  1. Released: ApexDC++ 1.2.0 Final

    I've created a new forum for fresh bugs/crashes. New plugins are available here.
  2. Released: ApexDC++ 1.2.0 Final

    Please note: We will eventually be forcing this update to all users prior to 1.2 because of security risk that allowed users to DDoS attack websites. There are some patches for this exploit included in 1.2.0 final, and the auto updater should kick in soon.
  3. Moved to feature requests. Keep 'em coming. :whistling:
  4. Forum Upgrades

    I've just added the patch to prevent PM floods. Hopefully you guys won't be receiving too many now.. Remember to report the user to me and I'll ban their account. :whistling:
  5. I don't think criticising people's suggestions is going to get you more. :crying:
  6. Released: ApexDC++ 1.2.0 Beta

    Looks like Santa came early - 1.2.0 Beta is now available for download. This new version is based on an unstable StrongDC++ version, therefore we're allowing everybody to help us test it before we release it as stable. There are performance and feature additions in this update, along with fixes. Users on 1.1 will be updated using our new auto-update feature (feedback appreciated). If this fails, please download the setup file below. Download: ApexDC++ 1.2.0 Beta | Donate
  7. Updated first post to remind users they must set the TLS port in current versions in order to set active mode correctly.
  8. Announcing Bulletsphere.com

    Didn't you disable registration?
  9. Announcing Bulletsphere.com

    Actually, phpBB has some limitations with its functions...causing headaches. If you want the functionality changes of ClickCMS I'll send them to you Crise. There are some modifications I requested which are implemented.
  10. Announcing Bulletsphere.com

    Yes, a few modifications have been made but its still ClickCMS. :unsure:
  11. Public Hub List

    Try a different hublist. :unsure:
  12. ip guard

    You must restart.
  13. 3,000,000 downloads milestone

    We are extremely delighted to announce that ApexDC++ has surpassed 3 million SourceForge downloads. That's well over 15 terabytes of data transferred on average, and we're rapidly increasing our downloads per day. Furthermore, this is only measured downloads off SourceForge, and many direct donnect community websites offer ApexDC++ on external mirrors. We believe the estimated figure is in excess of 5 million. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our community for supporting us, and we hope to achieve a few more million downloads in 2009. :)
  14. Request a Guide

    I see you found it. :)
  15. 3,000,000 downloads milestone

    Fixed attachment permissions. :)
  16. Exactly, it will remain unofficial. :)
  17. Unofficially, it already does. I'm running it on Windows 7 with administrator privileges setup.
  18. choosing emulation version?

    ApexDC++ can only emulate the DC++ version its based off otherwise hub operators would be able to detect it. :)
  19. Share size

    This can't be right, since when not connected to any hubs you must refresh multiple times to display the correct share size still. It seems like after hashing, it simply doesn't recount the share size.
  20. 3,000,000 downloads milestone

    Looks like we just reached our 15,000th member: Breaking milestones left right and centre these days. :)
  21. Protect Hublists etc

    We're working on it. :thumbsup: Nice to see adcportal back up and running.
  22. [fixed] Get IP Address gets wrong IP

    Fixed in next version.
  23. Windows 7 Beta

    Microsoft are in the process of releasing Windows 7 Beta to the public (which is why their website is getting hammered). You can download the public beta early, from Neowin... but you must remember to grab a key when they're released later today. Anybody already using it, what do you think of it? I personally believe it's much more stable over Vista. :P
  24. Windows 7 Beta

    Yeah, Daemon Tools not working in really annoying. I'm sure one of the companies will sort it out in the near future. The performance usage is excellent compared to Vista. Doesn't use anywhere near the same amount of RAM idling.
  25. AML is gone

    He will have done.
