    Hello Mek, I just done it, instal new version APEX DC++ v.1.3.9.     Hello, I us Windows 7 PRO 32bit OS. And there is some problems with APEX DC++ v.1.3.8. full loading. I mean it's impossible loading any hub, in passive and acctive mode not working. Sharing was make and other configuration, User Account Control (UAC) settings was set like Nefer notify, also in Firewall configuration access for apex was alowed. I am us Microsoft Securety Essentials antifirus, don't know where is the problem. Please someone help can tell me how can I solve this problem? What's there reason that my APEX DC++ wasn't work? Thanks!
