  1. Disable PFS?

    Would it be possible to disable partial file sharing? Because when I download media I am not in violation of local laws. However, when the same data is shared in the meantime I would violate my local law. So can I share a specific folder only (which contains all non-copyrighted material)? Currently I am using a client that supports multisource downloading and I don't share these data fragments at the same time. However, this client is unfortunately a little bit out of date.
